The mission of the First Baptist Student Ministry is to provide a well-rounded, biblical foundation for its students to equip them in their current everyday
walk, as well as for the rest of their lives. If a student is active in all aspects of Student Ministry, he or she will be equipped with a biblical worldview that will enable them to have a rich, meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. While it is important for students to have fun and have opportunities to socialize with friends, that is not the primary focus for each event. The main purpose is to expose students to as many solid, biblically based ideas as possible in order to deepen their faith. The following points are samples to give an idea of what specific programs are provided:

Sunday School (9:00 AM @ South Campus)
8th–12th grade Boys & Girls classes
• “ECHO” Wednesday Night Youth Program
• Small Groups
• Youth Praise Band
• Youth Drama Team
• Weekend Fun Activities
• Conferences focused on Christian living
• Summer Youth Camps
• Mission opportunities, home and away
• Leadership Conferences
